Online rental payment is a recurring payment for online / credit card / debit card payment. There is a 3.5% card use fee added to all rentals using card payment. If you would like to save the 3.5% on your monthly payments, you can request bank routing and account number for ACH direct deposit / payment from your bank. This payment system is for tenants who have rental agreements in place from Spaceshare. Do not purchase if you have not confirmed your space availability first.
